Quick answer

To order custom pens with a logo, choose the pen and quantity, select product and ink colors, pick an imprint method, provide artwork, review the digital proof, and allow time for production and shipping.

Choose the product, audience, and quantity together

Start with who will receive the pen and where it will be used. A large event may call for an affordable click pen, while a client gift or employee kit can support a soft-touch, gel, wood-accented, or metal option.

Enter the quantity you actually need, then compare nearby price breaks. Confirm the minimum order, order increment, production estimate, and any setup fee before comparing total costs.

Select colors and the imprint method

Choose a barrel color that gives the logo enough contrast and an ink color appropriate for the recipient’s work. Product color and writing ink are separate decisions; a navy pen can still write in black or blue depending on the available refill.

Screen printing works well for bold spot-color artwork, laser engraving creates a restrained mark on suitable metal or wood surfaces, and full-color methods support logos that depend on multiple colors. Availability varies by product and imprint location.

Provide the best artwork available

Vector AI, EPS, SVG, or press-ready PDF artwork is preferred because it can be resized cleanly. A high-resolution PNG may work for some methods. Avoid screenshots or tiny images when a better source file exists.

Include any required wording, PMS color references, placement instructions, and deadline information. If artwork will be sent after checkout, provide it early enough to protect the production schedule.

Approve the proof before production

The digital proof shows the proposed artwork, placement, size, and orientation. Check spelling, phone numbers, URLs, color instructions, and logo proportions. Request a revision if anything is unclear.

Production time normally begins after usable artwork and required approval are received. Add shipping transit and a reasonable buffer when working toward an event or in-hands date.

  • Confirm the exact product and color
  • Verify quantity, price breaks, and setup charges
  • Upload production-ready artwork or arrange to send it promptly
  • Approve the proof only after checking every detail
