Privacy policy

Information may include your name, email, phone number, organization, shipping and billing details, order selections, notes, deadlines, artwork files, proof decisions, and communications. Payment information is collected and processed by Shopify and its payment providers rather than stored by LogoPens.

We use information to answer questions, prepare quotes, create and fulfill orders, review artwork, provide proofs, deliver support, detect abuse, keep business records, and understand how the site is used.

The cart and a pseudonymous analytics identifier are stored in your browser. First-party analytics record page views and key shopping actions without storing the raw analytics identifier. Server logs and short-lived rate-limit records help protect forms, uploads, and checkout creation.

Information is shared only as needed with providers that support the store, including Shopify, payment processors, hosting and storage providers, decorators, suppliers, carriers, and professional advisers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.

Artwork, inquiries, orders, analytics, and related records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for production, support, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable through the LogoPens contact page.

You can clear the LogoPens cart and analytics identifier through your browser storage controls. You may also contact LogoPens with a privacy question or request. Some order and transaction records must be retained when required by law or needed to resolve a dispute.
