Available shipping services and carrier charges are calculated during secure checkout from the order and destination. Taxes, when applicable, are also calculated at checkout.

The production estimate shown on each product begins after usable artwork is received and any requested proof is approved. Carrier transit begins after production and is additional to the listed production time.

Delivery dates are estimates until artwork, inventory, production capacity, destination, and carrier service are confirmed.

Do not rely on standard checkout for a firm rush deadline. Request approval before paying and include the product, quantity, artwork status, shipping destination, and required in-hands date.

Rush production or expedited shipping may add charges. A rush request is accepted only after LogoPens confirms availability and timing.

Blank samples may be available for product and color evaluation. Product charges and shipping may apply. Printed preproduction samples require a custom quote and extend the project timeline.

Submit address changes before the order ships. Changes after shipment may be unavailable or may create carrier fees. If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, contact LogoPens with the order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
