Product colors, materials, specifications, production estimates, decoration methods, and availability may change. If inventory or decoration requirements materially affect an order, LogoPens will contact you before production with the available options.

Displayed unit pricing depends on the exact quantity and product configuration. Setup fees, shipping, and applicable taxes are shown separately when they apply. Payment is due through secure Shopify checkout unless a written quote states otherwise.

You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce every logo, trademark, image, name, and other element submitted with an order. You grant LogoPens and its production partners permission to use that material only as needed to prepare, produce, and support the order.

You are responsible for reviewing spelling, numbers, URLs, color instructions, placement, size, and orientation. Production begins after required artwork and approvals are received. Waiving a proof does not make LogoPens responsible for errors present in customer-supplied artwork or instructions.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. LogoPens is not responsible for delays outside reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, material shortages, or inaccurate delivery information, but will work in good faith to resolve issues.

Customized products are subject to the LogoPens cancellation and issue policy. Claims must be supported with the order number, affected quantity, photographs, and other information reasonably needed to evaluate the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, LogoPens is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Any direct recovery relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
